"SPRING FASHION FOR THE WOMEN ON THE MOVE"

In homage to the one and only Lee Alexander McQueen, who was a phenomenal, fearless, ingenious designer of his generation, I must acknowledge him for his last released collection.
McQueen’s last released show, before his tragic passing was the epitome of “fashion for the future”. McQueen designed futuristic digital printed dresses, a jumpsuit so smoking it could take you to the moon but instead took off down the runway. Short dresses were made in reptile patterns, and a new wave of tailoring: part tailored grey suiting, part futuristic fabrication, reflecting an illumination of colors.
It’s a shame McQueen’s fierce armadillo shoes were not around when Jane Fonda starred in “Barbarella”. The execution of this collection as the prior ones’, was absolutely exquisite. Long live McQueen!
These are just some of the latest trends that you can add to your spring/summer wardrobes. There are many variations of these trends in different price points. You don’t necessarily have to purchase new items to stay on trend either. My mother always says’ “Make do with what you got”
Know that every trend is not for every women, so distinguish what style is appropriate for your character, and what fit is right for your body. Be true to yourself ladies and have fun doing it!
WOTM start to update your wardrobes. I am going to compile my notes after attending New York fashion week, so that I can get you ladies enthused for what is to come next fall/winter season. Till then I remain, sincerely yours….
